KEY HOLDING

Urban Dog Staff will collect keys during the initial client consultation. Keys will be returned only after the client arrives home. We do not leave keys inside your home for both security and safety reasons. Clients may be delayed and therefore your pet may need further attention.

We can however hold your keys on an annual basis, for a charge of £50.00 per annum. This will enable us at any time to help with your pet's requirements. Your keys will be stored securely in the Urban Dog Safe, until such time they are required.
